Job Description
Teleperformance is seeking a dedicated Workforce Forecasting and Planning Analyst. This role is crucial for achieving our strategic objectives, involving forecast modeling, capacity planning, and effective communication. The analyst will be responsible for short-term and long-term contact volume forecasts and will provide leadership with risk mitigation plans.
- Oversee all operational support aspects of the contact center.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and forecasting systems.
- Ensure quality control within contact center operations.
Type: Full-time
Location: Clark Freeport Zone (Preferred for applicants who can relocate)
Experience: 1 year in BPO/Contact Center and Workforce Management is preferred.
