Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Excellence Manager (Philippines) to lead sales performance improvement, drive best practices, and enable revenue growth across the region.
Responsibilities include designing sales processes, coaching sales teams, implementing analytics and KPIs, collaborating with marketing and operations, and managing change to increase productivity.
Require 5+ years in sales operations or enablement, strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience with CRM and BI tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
