What You Will Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Friendly and communicative.
- Computer and phone proficient.
- Filipino citizen or relevant residence.
- High school or college diploma.
- Willing to work onsite and shift schedules.
