Job Description

In this non-voice role, you will assist customers via chat and email with hotel bookings, changes, and inquiries. Candidates should have at least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience and should be high school graduates. Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off while advancing your career.
