Job Description

Be the first point of contact for customers via chat! Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (college preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- No BPO experience required
- Able to manage high chat volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
- Willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
