Job Description
We are mass hiring Call Center Agents across our Metro Manila sites! Earn up to 28K Monthly with a 30K Sign-On Bonus. We’re open to applicants with NO BPO EXPERIENCE.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, chat, or email.
- Familiarity with shopping platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Lazada.
- Monitor shipments and provide delivery status updates.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Assist with account login, payment errors, and navigation issues.
- Record customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
