Job Description
Job Summary:
Become a vital part of Telesys Careers BPO as a Retail Account Associate. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an outstanding service experience.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (college preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage high call volumes in a dynamic environment.
- Customer service experience is a plus (training provided).
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
