Job Description
TELUS Digital seeks a Medical AR and Denial Management Specialist with ≥6 months medical billing or insurance claims experience, strong verbal and written English, knowledge of healthcare regulations and MS Office (medical billing software a plus). Duties include making outbound calls to insurers per client guidelines, recording and labeling claim statuses, delivering categorized data via the client portal, analyzing call transcripts for denial trends, and maintaining accurate records and periodic reports.
