Job Description
We are seeking a Commissary Head to oversee daily operations, production, inventory, and staff of our commissary kitchen, ensuring food safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities include menu planning, procurement, cost control, HACCP compliance, staff training, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors and distribution teams to meet deadlines and standards.
Requirements: 5+ years in food production management, strong leadership, budgeting and inventory skills, knowledge of food safety regulations and certification preferred, excellent communication, and ability to work under pressure.
