Job Description
Join Tender Lover Food Corp. as Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations in Sampaloc, NCR. You will lead, train and motivate staff, manage inventory, cash handling and administrative duties, resolve customer inquiries, analyze branch performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, proven supervisory/managerial experience in retail, food service or hospitality, strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills, and ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Full‑time, permanent role. Salary Php24,00–25,00/month plus incentives, employee discounts, events, promotion opportunities and additional leave. Work location: in person.
