Job Description
Responsible for driving online sales growth across marketplaces and the company website. Lead e-commerce sales strategy, manage product listings, promotions, pricing, and coordinate inventory with marketing and operations. Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize conversion through SEO, advertising, and UX improvements. Manage a small sales team and external partners, set targets, and ensure KPIs are met. Requirements: 3+ years of e-commerce or digital sales experience, strong data analysis skills, familiarity with marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopee), excellent communication and leadership.
