Job Description
We are seeking an HR Specialist to join Testronic in Manila. You will handle daily HR operations: onboarding and offboarding, contract preparation, employee 201 files, system updates, attendance and leave tracking, and compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory benefits (SS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). Minimum 2 years HR operations experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree required. Proficiency in MS Excel/Word, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a hybrid, international gaming environment are essential.
