Job Description
Lead daily production to meet targets, quality and safety. Supervise team, schedule shifts, coach operators and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime. Enforce SOPs, monitor KPIs, apply Lean improvements, conduct root-cause analysis and report performance. Requirements: 3+ years in manufacturing supervision; diploma/degree in engineering or related field; strong leadership, problem-solving and communication; familiarity with quality systems and safety regulations; able to work rotating shifts and use basic computer tools.
