Job Description
TFC Capital Philippines, Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager to lead the corporate finance advisory revival, sourcing debt, equity and partnership funding for Philippine and selective cross-border transactions. The role requires 5+ years in finance, a strong personal network, solid knowledge of debt and equity structures, negotiation and relationship management skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to close deals through proactive phone follow-up. Experience with cross-border capital flows is preferred. Must work autonomously, meet transaction timelines, and be based in-person. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: From Php35,00 per month.
