Job Description

We seek an Onsite Event Coordinator to manage logistics and guest experience for live events. You will oversee setup, vendor coordination, schedule adherence, and on-site troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include coordinating vendors, supervising teams, managing venue layouts, handling registration, and ensuring safety and timelines.

Requirements: 2+ years event experience, strong communication, problem-solving, ability to lift equipment, and flexible hours. Certification in event management is a plus.
