Job Description
As a Healthcare Appointment Setter, you will manage patient scheduling, confirm appointments, and coordinate follow-ups with clinics and providers. You will use phone and email to deliver professional, HIPAA-compliant communication and maintain accurate records in our scheduling system.
Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, customer service experience, attention to detail, and basic computer literacy. Prior healthcare or call center experience is a plus. Part-time and full-time positions available.
