Job Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the branch. This role oversees sales, staff management, repair workflow, documentation, and customer service, ensuring that company standards, sales targets, and service timelines are consistently met. Able to work onsite at One Ayala, Makati.
Preferred:
- 1-2 years of management experience
- Retail background experience
- Some college coursework as minimum education level.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise branch staff
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and implementation of sales strategies
- Monitor daily sales performance and submit required reports
- Ensure proper job prioritization, quality control, and on-time completion
- Maintain accurate logbooks for job orders, tracking numbers, incoming and outgoing items
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and mall regulations
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper handling of customer items, tools, and equipment
