Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operations across multiple branches. You will ensure smooth workflows, high-quality service, staff management, and sales performance while maintaining excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all 9 branches
- Monitor repair and restoration workflows, ensuring timely completion
- Track branch sales performance and help managers meet targets
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate branch managers and staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and mall regulations
- Address escalated customer concerns and operational issues
- Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- College graduate (any relevant field)
- Experience in operations management preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Sales-oriented and results-driven
- Excellent communication and team management skills
