Job Description
The Inventory & Purchasing Officer manages stock levels and procurement to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, forecasting demand, placing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining accurate records, coordinating deliveries, and optimizing costs. The role requires proficiency with inventory systems/ERP, strong analytical and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Minimum 2 years’ experience in inventory or procurement, diploma or degree in supply chain or business preferred, and excellent communication skills to meet deadlines and improve purchasing efficiency.
