- Manage and oversee daily accounting tasks.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Reconcile accounts and handle discrepancies.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance financial processes.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in reconciliations, billing, purchasing, bookkeeping, and both accounts receivable and payable.
Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare journal entries, assist with cost accounting, and maintain financial statements.
Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard working hours. (Monday to Friday)
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses excellent analytical skills.
