Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Events Executive to support the Events team at The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited (The Peninsula Manila) in Makati. You will provide administrative support—taking minutes, managing files, gift inventory and correspondence—maintain the Shiji accounts database, prepare event and travel request forms and presentations, and coordinate with departments to meet targets. Requirements: college graduate with at least 1 year hotel experience, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong oral and written communication, and knowledge of PMS/Opera.
