Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and create engaging content.
- Handle inquiries from tenants and owners while coordinating property maintenance.
- Track lease agreements and assist with real estate transactions.
- Coordinate property showings and maintain accurate records on tenant requests.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in real estate or property management.
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Willing to work on-site in Davao City and flexible shifts.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
