Job Description
We are hiring a professional, customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at The Mansion Boutique Hotel. You will lead staff (reception, kitchen, office), manage budgets and payments, register guests, resolve service issues, coordinate suppliers and partners, implement marketing strategies, ensure health and safety compliance, and participate in financial planning. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in hospitality or business, has at least 3 years’ hotel management experience, strong leadership, excellent communication and customer service skills, and familiarity with hotel systems. Full-time position with flextime. Work location: in-person.
