Job Description
We are hiring a Switchboard Operator to manage incoming and outgoing internal and external calls, provide customer assistance, monitor telephone units and report defects, accept and announce paging requests (codes/BAT), encode retrievable patient information, handle disaster preparedness monitoring and announcements, assist with doctor clinic schedules beyond Information Desk hours, ensure timely completion of reports, and maintain a clean work area. Qualifications: graduate of any four‑year course, ready to start immediately, willing to work in Clark, Pampanga, and preferably with relevant experience. Full-time, fresh graduate welcome; pay Php11,00–13,00; flextime; on-site at Clark Freeport Zone.
