Job Description
The Nomad seeks a full-time, in-person Project Officer to coordinate events end-to-end: supplier negotiation, timeline and budget management, permits, venue relations and on-site execution. You will assist the Brand Experience Lead, lead staff, model and technical briefings, manage ingress/egress, troubleshoot issues and produce post-event reports. Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, solution-focused and able to communicate with suppliers, partners and clients. Prefer 100% travel availability.
