Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Customer Retention & Sales Specialist to grow revenue and strengthen client relationships. You will manage retention programs, analyze churn drivers, upsell and cross-sell solutions, and collaborate with marketing and support to improve customer lifetime value. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in customer success or sales, strong communication, CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce), data-driven mindset, and negotiation skills.
