Job Description
Manage daily operations, suppliers, inventory and service logistics; ensure quality. Convert inquiries to bookings, support marketing and CRM, plan and deliver group events. Drive corporate sales via outreach, proposals and pipeline management. Track weekly metrics, improve processes and support cross-functional initiatives. Requirements: 1–2 years in operations/events/business development, strong communication and closing skills, organized, commercially minded, flexible for extended hours. Full-time, in-person.
