Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized Restaurant Host to welcome guests, manage reservations, and maintain dining flow. The host ensures positive first impressions and coordinates seating to optimize guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, managing the reservation system and waitlist, coordinating with servers, maintaining a tidy host station, and assisting with basic front-of-house tasks.
Qualifications: strong communication and customer service skills, punctuality, ability to stand for long periods, basic computer literacy; prior hospitality experience and bilingual ability are a plus. Competitive pay and on-the-job training provided.
