Job Description
The Village Sports Club is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant. This full-time position involves various accounting responsibilities, including the safekeeping of documents, petty cash, and post-dated checks (PDC) for secure bank endorsement. The candidate will facilitate the release of funds for purchasing needs while managing daily sales and bank reconciliations.
Additional responsibilities include supervising monthly inventory, preparing refund transactions, organizing check vouchers, and maintaining communication with anti-debit enrollees. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and able to assist front desk officers when necessary.
