Job Description
The VITO Group Careers is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a point of contact for employees and managers. Key responsibilities include attending operations meetings, resolving employee relations issues, and managing the performance management process.
Candidates should possess a degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology, along with excellent communication skills. A minimum of 3 years of HR experience is preferred.
This full-time, temporary position lasts for 5 months, offering a salary of Php20,00.00 to Php30,00.00 per month.
Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday, located in Santa Rosa City.
