Job Description
Join our team as an Application Support Analyst II to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize business applications, ensure uptime, and provide second-line support.
Responsibilities include incident resolution, root cause analysis, release support, liaising with development teams, and producing documentation and runbooks.
Requirements: 2+ years in application support, strong SQL and debugging skills, experience with ticketing systems, and excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
