Job Description
The Restaurant Manager at Tim Ho Wan oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding customer service, efficient staff supervision, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. Responsibilities include leading and training teams, maintaining food quality and presentation, handling guest concerns, managing inventory and ordering, implementing promotions and cost controls, ensuring food safety and sanitation, preparing staff schedules, analyzing sales reports, and acting in the owner/GM’s absence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, 2–3 years in food & beverage with supervisory experience, strong leadership, excellent communication, customer-service orientation, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of safety standards. Job type: Full-time, in person. Salary: Php20,00–Php27,00/month.
