Job Description
TKL Steel Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant. The ideal candidate will manage materials inventory, procurements of materials, and conduct property maintenance by inspecting for damage and inefficiencies, arranging necessary repairs, and being responsible for day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include thorough documentation of all processes and activities related to property management tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php17,500.00 per month
Benefits include Health and Life insurance.
Schedule: 10-hour shift, In-person work location.
