Job Description
We are seeking an organized HR Operations Assistant to join our team. You will support day-to-day HR functions including payroll processing support, personnel records management, HRIS data entry, benefits administration, recruitment coordination and new-hire onboarding. Key responsibilities include responding to employee inquiries, scheduling interviews, preparing HR reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting with training logistics. Requirements: diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field, 1–2 years HR experience, proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems, strong communication skills, discretion and attention to detail. This full-time role offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to develop HR operations expertise.
