Brand & Content Marketing Specialist

Work Setup: Full-time, Onsite (Quezon City)
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Brand & Content Marketing Specialist to exclusively handle Too Cool for School PH, a cosmetics brand.
You will support end-to-end marketing for retail and online eCommerce, handling content creation, social media management, and paid ads, under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create photos, videos, reels, captions, and basic creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Ensure consistent brand look, tone, and cosmetics-focused messaging
- Manage daily posting, engagement, comments, and messages
- Assist in product shoots, influencer content, store events, and brand activations
Paid Ads & Performance
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Analyze ads creatives performance (videos, images, copy) and recommend improvements
- Handle targeting, retargeting, and ad budgets
- Monitor key metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions)
Retail & eCommerce Marketing
- Support marketing campaigns for cosmetics retail stores and online platforms
- Align content and ads with promos, launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams
Reporting
- Prepare simple weekly/monthly performance reports
- Suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, and sales
Qualifications & Self-Branding Fit
- Graduate of Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or related field
- At least 1 year experience in digital marketing, social media, or paid ads
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
- Able to analyze ads creatives and performance data
- Skilled in basic content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Extroverted and confident in communication; enjoys talking, presenting ideas, and collaborating
- With strong public relations skills and comfortable engaging with influencers, partners, and customers
- Genuine interest and love for cosmetics; updated on beauty trends, launches, and social media formats
- Highly adaptable, fast learner, and comfortable working in a startup environment
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
