Job Description
Position: Customer Relations Assistant
Gender: Femal3
Age Requirement: 24–30 yrs
Education: Preferably a graduate of a 4-year course
Experience: Candidates with relevant customer service, telesales, or communication experience are highly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound SMS Communication:
Send timely and accurate SMS notifications to customers regarding updates, reminders, and promotions.
- Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and arrange appointments with customers based on availability and operational needs.
- Customer Outreach Calls:
Contact customers to introduce new promotions, provide updates on ongoing promotions, and guide them through the procedures required to claim rewards or complimentary gifts.
- Product & Promotion Explanation:
Clearly explain product features, promotional mechanics, and claiming procedures in a professional and easy-to-understand manner.
- Customer Support & Follow-Up:
Address basic customer inquiries, ensure proper follow-up, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Record Management:
Maintain accurate logs of customer communications, appointments, and feedback.
Core Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to interact with customers professionally and courteously
- Previous experience in customer relations, telesales, or call support is an advantage
