Job Description
We seek a Dealer Sales Trainer to design and deliver interactive sales and product training for our Muntinlupa dealership. You will conduct training needs analyses, update syllabi, align programs with exams, KPIs and performance outcomes, coordinate schedules and resources with TMP, GRMs, HR and department heads, manage execution, attendance, documentation and reporting, and mentor new hires and promotion candidates. Monitor exam scores and performance metrics, ensure compliance with training standards and audits, and provide continuous coaching and motivation. Full-time, in-person. Minimum: Bachelor’s in Business (Marketing/Management preferred) and at least 3 years’ training experience, preferably in marketing or automotive.
