Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven District Sales Manager to lead regional sales, develop territory strategies, manage key accounts, and motivate a team. You will set targets, analyze performance, build relationships with distributors and clients, and ensure achievement of revenue and margin goals. Minimum five years in B2B sales, proven team leadership, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a valid driver’s license required. Ability to travel frequently, proficiency in CRM and MS Office preferred. Competitive salary, commission, car allowance, and benefits offered.
