Job Description
TRANSCEND MANAGEMENT is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead the establishment and management of a new customer service team. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to meet performance targets, managing team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key requirements include strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a minimum of 3 years in a customer service management role, preferably within BPO environments. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Php120,00.00 – Php150,00.00, with benefits such as health insurance and flexible scheduling options.
