Job Description
Transcosmos Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate fluent in Tagalog to join our team. You will respond to customer inquiries via live chat and phone, providing information about our e-commerce products and services. Strong communication skills in English and Tagalog are required.
Shift: 24/7 rotation, 5 working days. Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month, plus health insurance.
