Job Description
Join us as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and grow our recruitment team. You will design sourcing strategies, oversee end-to-end hiring, manage ATS and recruitment metrics, coach recruiters, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and improve employer branding. Maintain compliance and streamline processes to reduce time-to-fill. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in talent acquisition with team leadership, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, analytical mindset, and experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
