Job Description
Trends Group, Inc. is hiring a Sales Support Associate | CCG to support daily sales operations by preparing sales orders, purchase requisitions, tracking reports and order statuses, coordinating logistics with suppliers and clients, managing expense reports, handling phone orders, and compiling bid/accreditation documents. You will manage master data, training/exam vouchers, update Ivanti reports, take meeting notes, coordinate shipments, and assist with reimbursements and administrative tasks. Requires a bachelor’s degree, minimum 2 years office/admin experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and flexibility for occasional overtime; ability to work independently and in a team.
