Job Responsibilities:
- Train new employees on operations including flights, hotels, and cars.
- Facilitate training plans, schedules, and feedback evaluations.
- Develop and update training materials.
- Assess learning speed and address training issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Communications, or relevant field.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- 2+ years of training management experience, preferably in travel.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
