Job Description
True HR Partner is hiring a motivated, reliable Fast Food Supervisor to lead store operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Qualifications: supervisory experience in fast-food or similar preferred; strong leadership and communication; thrives in fast-paced settings; willing to attend a 2-week paid training in Sta. Rosa (pay and lodging provided). Responsibilities include supervising daily operations; monitoring food quality, cleanliness, and service standards; managing shift schedules and staff coordination; assisting with inventory and store reporting; and ensuring fast, satisfied customers. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Benefits: paid training, company Christmas gift, and company events. Work Location: In person.
