Job Description
Truewin International seeks an Operations Manager to oversee multi-branch restaurant operations: revenue, cost control, assets and security, inventory management, staffing, cross-training, and compliance with company policies to maintain quality, service and cleanliness. Accountable for uninterrupted restaurant and back-office operations, waste control and field assignments. Requirements: minimum 2 years as an Operations Manager in a restaurant setup; willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City and accept related field duties. Employment: Full-time, Permanent. Salary Php25,486.93–Php45,142.74/month. Preferred: 1 year store management or related experience; English proficiency. Work location: In person.
