Twoconnect is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to assist our Account Managers by handling customer queries via email, managing up to 150 emails daily. The ideal candidate will identify queries and maintain professional communication to resolve customer issues. Utilizing HubSpot CRM, you will log and track customer interactions effectively. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in customer success or support, preferably in the sports or entertainment industries. Exceptional written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork are essential.
