Job Description
UBIX Corporation is hiring a Transport and Warehouse Assistant. You will ensure all transactions are properly documented and approved, prepare Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices for outright sales and rental deliveries, record fulfilled Transfer Orders in NetSuite, coordinate with Sales Admin for order transmittal, and perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager or Transport Supervisor. Qualifications: college graduate (any field), proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, NetSuite experience, strong attention to detail, good communication and coordination skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
