Job Description
ULTRA MRF Tires Mags Services is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction with vehicle-related issues and manage administrative tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule service appointments via incoming calls.
- Greet customers promptly and gather necessary information.
- Act as a liaison between customers and technicians.
- Prepare repair orders with detailed descriptions.
- Provide accurate cost estimates and secure customer authorization.
- Document work performed and ensure a great customer experience.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of automotive sales experience, strong communication skills, and willingness to work in Pampanga.
