Job Description
Join Hen Hao Hot Pot, part of Umami Experience Incorporated, and help deliver authentic flavors and memorable dining. We seek a reliable, hands-on HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR for growing restaurant operations. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding; managing volume hiring; maintaining employee records, contracts, attendance and compliance; processing payroll (timekeeping, deductions and government-mandated contributions); and handling employee relations and basic labor concerns. Requirements: 2–3 years of HR Generalist or related experience, with strong recruitment experience—preferably in restaurant/F&B or high-volume hiring. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Php20,00–Php25,00/month. Work Location: In person.
