Job Description
We seek a Remote Third Party Collection Specialist to manage and recover outstanding debts on behalf of our clients. You will contact debtors via phone and email, negotiate payment plans, document interactions in CRM, escalate difficult accounts, and ensure compliance with regulations and client policies. The ideal candidate has one to three years of collections or third-party recovery experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with collection software and MS Office.
